Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Account Sales Executive – Cardiology. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships in the Northeast territory. This role requires a hunter mentality with the ability to implement strategic plans to drive business.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve yearly sales targets by focusing on selling, building customer relationships, and covering your assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain consultative sales relationships with key decision-makers in each account, with a particular focus on IT relationships.
- Create, execute, and update an annual Business Plan every quarter to help meet sales goals, expand market share, and achieve company objectives.
- Represent the company as the technology leader and vendor of choice through regular product presentations, evaluations, customer training and sales calls as required by the company.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitive products.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives and support their training efforts.
- Maintain your account profiles, forecasts etc. within reporting tools daily.
- Participate in Professional Trade Shows and attend Regional Sales and National meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience with proven success.
- 3+ years of demonstrated Cardiology device sales.
- Deep insights into provider and consumer mindsets.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to earn trust and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to cover Delaware up to Maine.
