This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team to managing relationships with major clients. This role requires a seasoned leader who has excelled in a matrixed organizational structure, facilitating collaboration across our sales team to ensure the achievement of our revenue targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and supervise directors, ensuring seamless sales operations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer behavior, anticipate needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Assume end-to-end responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop comprehensive business plans, budgets, and measurable sales management protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Spearhead sales strategies, conduct funnel reviews, share insights, best practices, and consultative approaches with field teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed sales forecasting, budgeting, and production interface.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an astute awareness of the marketplace, competition, activities, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners supporting the U.S. market.<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of recruiting, nurturing, and motivating the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Implement appropriate learning and developmental programs to ensure success.<\/li>\n<li>Offer clear guidance on goals and objectives, consistently providing feedback and coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold the Company\u2019s core values and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Report quality issues and defects to management promptly for corrective action, aligning with ethical guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities may be adjusted or assigned as needed to meet business demands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 12 years of management experience, including 5 years in senior-level sales executive roles.<\/li>\n<li>5 years of P&amp;L management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of selling strategies, employee motivation methods, and competitive market dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with the company&#8217;s systems, competitive landscape, and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Deep alignment with U.S. customer needs, market trends, and competitive environment, fostering collaboration with marketing and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Accomplished Sales Executive and Leader with a proven history of meeting\/exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.<\/li>\n<li>Substantial experience in revenue growth through various \u201cgo-to-market\u201d strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Visionary Leader who leads by example, serving as a role model.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with executives from various-sized customer companies, adapting to different cultures and operating models.<\/li>\n<li>Skill in translating strategic goals into actionable plans.<\/li>\n<li>Assertive, persuasive, accountable, and confident in holding others accountable.<\/li>\n<li>Creates a trust-based environment by acting with fairness, consistency, and commitment.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) in Value-Based Care (VBC) accounts, including familiarity with risk-sharing agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Up to 50% travel to company and client sites within the U.S. is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remote, USA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 819<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[28,29,32,35,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-248739","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-geography","6":"product_cat-job-function","7":"product_cat-open","8":"product_cat-remote-position","9":"product_cat-sales","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
