In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of go-to-market strategies for innovative products. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving success in a fast-paced and competitive industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the management of the existing product pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, clinical, marketing, sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth product rollouts.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize your expertise in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to guide project success.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the development of core product messages and positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate testing, implementation, training, and marketing asset creation.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage your experience in developing solutions for medical providers and consumers, with a focus on the healthcare industry.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leader physicians.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and training to the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with field sales representatives and support their training efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry conventions and meetings to stay informed and engaged.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about market conditions and competitive activities.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the VP of Marketing to incorporate updates and messaging into tradeshows, symposiums, and study clubs.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute annual marketing plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree is required<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years of product marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Deep insights into provider and consumer mindsets<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals, with the ability to bring positioning and messaging to life.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and developing product portfolios, including traditional devices and workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to earn trust and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong data-driven decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing and reconciling budgets<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset<\/li>\n<li>Experience with robotic surgery marketing, familiarity with FDA regulations, dental industry experience, or start-up experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Miami, FL<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miami, FL<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 821<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[38,28,29,44,32,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-248746","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-florida","6":"product_cat-geography","7":"product_cat-job-function","8":"product_cat-marketing","9":"product_cat-open","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
