In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for special market segments, focusing on maximizing revenue growth and market penetration. Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales for the Americas, The Director of Special Markets will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve organizational goals and expand our client&#8217;s penetration into the fastest growing segment of Oral Health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and action plans for special market segments to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage existing Special Market relationships (DSOs, Educational Entities and Institutions) for penetration and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to keep a competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting sales performance, market trends and key achievements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, marketing or related field. Expand\/grow core business.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers, develop and implement creative and effective strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers into a new customer.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop and maintain relationships with key influential dental leaders. Utilize these relationships to expand your market share.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records to complete up\u2013 to-date information with your customers and Area Director.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity information that be shared with your customers and company.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement in your territory.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establish and maintain a travel schedule for your sales plan within your allocated expense budget.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Complete all administrative reports in a timely manner.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Participate in local trade shows and company meetings.
